-the desire to be more than perfect.
-throwing away ideas and plans that are risky but could be rewarding,
thinking that I am never good enough to take these risks combined
with my worry of failure in the face of perfection
-never letting things go. because really, there are some things that really need to be let go.
fodder for the soul:
-a good book
-quiet knitting, meditating on the stitch
-time for writing & photo taking
-playing with the boys, laughing with friends
-remembering to take a little time for all of the provender & food for my soul
-re-start my grateful lists
-new washing machine! (finally)
-a class on canning with good friends
-beach time (hopefully)
